2021 - Current  SciArt and SciComm Editor for Consilience and ConsiliARTe Journal.

2019 - Current  Freelance Creative Archaeologist. Includes: lecturing, geomythology, Sci/Art, events assistance, illustration, proof reading, excavation, TV/Radio.

2017-2020  Researcher and Lab Technician, Archaeology Dept, UWTSD, Lampeter, SA48 7ED. Duties: occasional lecturing in interdisciplinary practice and archaeological fieldwork, student supervision, maintenance of geoscientific archive, lab assistance, externally funded project assistance, outreach.

2013-2019  Freelance Archaeologist: geoarchaeology, art'chaeology, excavation, small finds. 

2002-2018  Earth Religions Rep for Peace Mala. Interfaith dialogue, mentoring, workshops, performance ritual, media engagement.

2000-2012  Magnetise. Own Bioflow business promoting wellbeing and somatic engagement. Developed an international team through online networking, sales and training as well as in person talks, trade stands and events.

1998-1999  Museums Officer at Grosvenor Museum, 27 Grosvenor Street, Chester, CH1 2DD. Duties: assisting the Keeper of Natural History in developing exhibition programmes and interpretation, collections administration, gallery design, in-house public engagement, inter-museum collaboration, and community outreach. Courses attended: disability awareness, access to art, archival strategy, change management, first aid. Other duties included mixed gallery care, school tour and live heritage interpretation (buildings, artefacts, and narrative). 

1997-1998  Small Finds Assistant for the Chester Cathedral Project with Chester Archaeology, Castle Street, Chester, CH1 2DD. Duties: responsibility for the St.Bridget's archive, processing of small finds, training and supervising volunteers.

1996-1998  Quetzal Photography. Co-owner and practitioner with David Heke. 

1988-1999  Ghost writer, editor, and researcher for historical & junior fiction: J.A.Allen & D.C.Thompson.

1987-1993/2012  Assistant Hotel/Events Manager at Frogg Manor Hotel, Broxton, CH3 9JH. Responsible for 32 members of staff, conferences, events, VIPs, staff training, historic tours and FOH. This pivoted into a consultancy position until we closed the hotel in 2012. 

1987-1997  Equestrian Instructor and specialist in Advanced Dressage and complex behavioural issues. Employers included Sir WWW Pony Club (all test  levels), Nethybridge Dressage School and private clients throughout Cheshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Clwyd.
