Lampeter Parc & Ride?

Recently there has been a change to the longstanding parking arrangements on the Lampeter campus of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Charges and permits have been applied to three carparks which service both town and gown. Due to the absence of any alternative means of getting to the university other than by car or motorbike being available in the locale, staff and students are experiencing substantial difficulties (Cambrian News). Perhaps this might be a fair - and sustainable - solution?
